When and why do I need a professional photographer?
We all have an “Uncle” who has all of the camera gear. He might take great shots of steam trains, sunrises and sunsets, birds and flowers, but takes photos of what is presented to him. The first thing this “uncle” will do is to shoot you standing like a statue, and you will end up looking like a bowl of fruit. Then there is the guy you met who is going to art school. Next thing you know, you have pancake makeup with panda-eyes and dressed courtesy of St Vincent De Paul’s.
Then there is the “up and coming” photographer who will shoot you for free but
can’t wait to strip you down to your bikini (or less) who has no interest in how
the photo’s turn out.A professional photographer will organise the shoot,
pose you and will abide by the code of conduct set down by the
organizations they are associated with.
In short, you will get the shots you want that will add value to your
portfolio.
